Creating a radio station is strongly formative for young people: they will acquire competences and skills; they will try out themselves and learn to defeat their shyness. Cultural knowledge necessary to create a radio programme make this activity complementary to school career; reprocessing this knowledge in an unusual context make this experience useful apart from their future working choices. Group work, with different specialization of each protagonist facing the others, encourage students to develop the capacity of interacting and collaborating all together for the same aim: create the radio programme.
